Therapy Under Five: What Feels Good to My Soul?

So many of us are especially suffering and struggling right now whether it's about our shock and horror at the treatment of immigrant children who are being separated from their parents and detained at the U.S. border, the recent suicides of two public figures, our own challenges with money, health, racism, relationship, inner demons...the list goes on.

When life becomes too stressful, overwhelming, emotionally or psychologically just "too much" it's especially important to ask ourselves, "What feels good to my soul?" Finding simple but potent ways to reconnect with our deeper selves and/or nature can help take the edge off of our suffering and give us a moment of respite.
