How do you live with your erotic self—not for a night, but for your life?

Maybe you've recently come close to your erotic self again—felt Her stir in your body, remembered what it's like when she's near. And maybe you know how she tends to arrive: a glimpse. A shimmer of aliveness, here in a moment and then dissolving without a trace, like a dream you know held the answer—but the vision is hazy by morning. She brushes past you and is gone, and you're left with the scent of her, wishing she would linger. For a moment the world was more vivid—colors deeper, your skin awake, body humming—and then it was ordinary again. And your whole body remembers: this is what it feels like to be alive.

You don't want glimpses of her anymore. You want to live as her—Her aliveness in everything you do, in everything you are. In your home, your wardrobe, your garden, your body, your creative life, your history, your desire, your solitude, your relationships, your love.

Sovereign Beauty is about the way home.

Six weeks of learning to keep her—not ideas about Her, a life with Her in it.

We do this together, in a sacred community of women, with poetry written only for us, films, beauty, ritual, somatic practice every week, and the voices of the women who walked this path before us—Audre Lorde, Sappho, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Anaïs Nin.

The Six Weeks

Week 1 — Arrival: Noticing (October 9)

We open the container—confidentiality, sacredness, each woman at her own pace—and meet the question the whole course lives inside: who is the erotic woman? You'll learn why attention is her first faculty, what she notices that the dutiful woman walks past, and you'll begin building an altar to your own erotic self—a living practice that grows all six weeks.

Week 2 — Beauty: Cultivating (October 16)

Noticing becomes making. This week is about beauty as self-belonging rather than display: what you wear for your own eye, the room you live in, the images on your walls, the things you make with your hands. You'll leave with practices for turning your daily life—your closet, your home, your morning—into an expression of Her.

Week 3 — The Senses: Savoring (October 23)

The body as receiver. Scent as erotic intelligence, fabric against skin, music and dancing, the birds and flowers and light of the living world. This is the week of pleasure in its widest sense—learning to receive what is already, always offered—and you'll choose a ritual of sensory self-care to bring into your own week: a bath, a shower, a facial, a massage, whatever form calls you.

Week 4 — Erotic History: Listening (October 30)

Every woman's erotic self has a history: what was named and what was silenced in childhood, what family and culture and religion taught, what was taken—including the long persecution of women who owned their erotic and spiritual power. This week we listen to that history with compassion, because you cannot reclaim what you have not heard. Held gently, at each woman's own depth.

Week 5 — The Sexual Self: Reclaiming (November 6)

The most direct week, received in a container built by four weeks of safety. Self-pleasure as erotic responsibility, desire spoken plainly and held as sacred, and the resources—yes, including the practical and juicy ones—of a woman who owns this territory of her life. Nothing required, everything welcome, no shame anywhere in the room.

Week 6 — Sovereignty: Embodying (November 13)

The erotic woman fully arrived. The Throne and the Table—my teaching on why sovereignty and surrender are not opposites, and what actually separates them. You'll write your own Erotic Vows—the promises you make to Her, in your own words. All your life you've lived by agreements you never chose. These, you choose. You'll complete your altar and, if you wish, have it witnessed by the community—and we close with ritual, carrying Her, finally and fully yours, into the rest of your life.

She notices. She cultivates. She savors.
She listens. She reclaims. She embodies.

She LIVES.

What You'll Receive

  • Six live 2¼-hour sessions in a sacred community of women, where the teaching is alive, the sharing is real, and you are seen—not a webinar you watch, but a room you belong to. Lisa teaches the way she works: from inside the path, weaving depth psychology, lineage, story, and the actual textures of a woman's daily life, and meeting what arises in the room in real time.

  • A guided somatic practice in every single session—inner work, led live by Lisa, so each week's teaching lands in your body and not just your mind. You'll learn to locate your erotic self, listen to Her, and receive what She wants from you now—a practice you will keep for the rest of your life.

  • The Sovereign Beauty Guidebook—a beautiful companion to the whole journey, with the weekly practices, readings, rituals, and the full resource library gathered in one place, yours to return to for years.

  • A curated film for every week—six films chosen as doorways into each theme, from a woman rediscovering her aliveness to pleasure claimed at any age—plus Lisa's full further-viewing library for the women who want to keep going.

  • A lineage of voices—readings from Sappho, Audre Lorde, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Joy Harjo, Mary Oliver, Anaïs Nin, and Mirabai, arriving week by week as the course is ready to receive them. The women who wrote and lived this path before us.

  • Weekly embodied practices—a ritual of sensory self-care, a letter to your younger erotic self, dressing for your own eye, an unhurried hour in the natural world—small, real acts through which a woman takes herself back.

  • Your altar—built by your own hands across six weeks, object by object, image by image: by the end, a visual record of who your erotic self actually is.

  • Every session recorded—yours for life, so nothing is lost if you miss a week, and the whole journey is yours to take again.

✨ SPECIAL BONUS ✨

Commissioned exclusively for Sovereign Beauty—one poem for each week's theme. Each poem opens its session, read aloud as the first voice of the class, and is given to you as a keepsake. These poems exist nowhere else in the world. They were written for this course, and for the women in it—and they are yours to keep.

Take my word for it...this is a treat you won't forget. 😉

Who This Is For

Women, 18 and older. Women just beginning to tend this part of themselves, and seasoned women returning with new eyes. Partnered women and solo women. Women who feel far from their erotic self and women who simply want to know Her more intimately.

This course is for you if…

  • You attended Erotic Sovereignty or The Erotic Contract (from the Relationship Supplement class) and felt the door open—and you want to walk through it

  • You've spent years being the one who takes care of everyone, and somewhere along the way you lost track of what you want

  • You're partnered and your erotic life feels dependent on someone else's mood, attention, or effort

  • You're single and you've been waiting—for a lover, for the right time, for permission—to feel fully alive in your body

  • You were raised to be good, and you've never fully reconciled “good” with “desiring”

  • You feel creatively flat, sensually muted, or strangely absent from your own life—and you suspect these are the same thing

  • You're at a threshold—a relationship beginning or ending, a new chapter, a body changing with age—and you want to meet it as a sovereign woman

  • You read the first lines of this page and felt something stir or ache

And sovereignty doesn't mean needing others less. A woman at home in her own aliveness has more of herself to bring—to a partner, a lover, a friendship, her children, her life.

A note on what this is and isn't

This is a sex-positive, educational and experiential course on the erotic life of women, taught from a depth psychological perspective. The erotic, as we'll explore it, is far larger than sex—it's your aliveness, creativity, sensuality, and desire in every part of life—and we'll speak about all of it, including sexuality, openly and without shame. The experiential practices are guided somatic exercises: you'll be invited to sense where your erotic self lives in your body in that moment, to listen to Her, and to receive what She wants from you now. They are practices of inner listening, not of arousal. Sharing is always by choice. This course is not sex therapy and isn't a substitute for therapeutic support if you are working with sexual trauma.
