A note on what this is and isn't
This is a sex-positive, educational and experiential masterclass on erotic sovereignty, taught from a depth psychological perspective. The erotic, as we'll explore it, is far larger than sex — it's your aliveness, creativity, sensuality, and desire in every part of life — and we'll speak about all of it, including sexuality, openly and without shame. The experiential practice is a guided somatic exercise: you'll be invited to sense where your erotic self lives in your body in that moment, to listen to Her, and to receive what She wants from you now. It's a practice of inner listening, not of arousal. Sharing is always by choice. This masterclass is not sex therapy and isn't a substitute for therapeutic support if you are working with sexual trauma.

Lisa Blair, Ph.D.
Lisa Blair, PhD, is an intimacy researcher, depth psychologist, writer, and educator whose work explores emotional and erotic intimacy, romantic partnership, and the sovereign life of women. Her peer-reviewed research — among the first to examine the intersection of AI, digital technology, and intimacy — has been published in the International Handbook of Love (2nd edition), World Futures, and the Journal of Conscious Evolution. She holds a doctorate in Transformative Studies from the California Institute of Integral Studies and is a Certified Process Work Diplomate — the Process Work Institute's highest level of clinical certification — trained under Drs. Arnold and Amy Mindell. Drawing on 17 years of clinical practice, depth psychology, and a highly sensitive attunement to the inner lives of the women she works with, she now devotes her teaching and private practice to women reclaiming intimacy with themselves and others. She co-hosts In Two Deep, a podcast on emotional intimacy, conflict, and connection from a depth psychological perspective, and teaches online and internationally, cultivating what she calls sacred community — a space where depth, vulnerability, and genuine connection are central to the learning. She teaches this path from inside it.
