I work collaboratively and deeply with you to increase self-awareness, expand relational skills, and navigate the edges of emotional intimacy.
My approach combines scholarly expertise in emotional intimacy, over 15 years of clinical experience, and more than two decades in my own committed relationship. I bring an expertly trained, unshaming, depth-oriented presence grounded in Process Work, depth psychology, and lived relational experience.
Each session focuses on one central issue or question you bring — whether it's conflict, communication challenges, jealousy, boundaries, autonomy, intimacy, or inner criticism as it shows up in your relationships.
